Hi Barbie. I love the cover you have done… looking forward to your process of making the ephemera and getting this all together. You are not going to believe that I am about to start a Halloween journal too. I found a vintage book a few months back and the cover is black with a skull on the front. That is going to be my cover. The spine is maybe 1 1/2”. A coincidence huh! I am a patriot too. My dad was too young to serve in WWii. But his two older brothers did and one paid the ultimate price at 19. I have the flag that draped his coffin, his purple heart and a condolence letter from the president. Have a great weekend and Labor Day. TFS hugs

Hi, Barbie! Love this fun video. I don't decorate for Halloween but I have a friend in Ohio that LOVES Halloween. She decorates her whole house and for many years she had a party in her barn where we dressed up and spooked everyone. Played games and had lots of fun. I love Halloween, although living where we do we never got Trick or Treater's ....... you have to live in a neighborhood for that. When I was little, I use to love putting on those boxed costumes 🤣🤣 and running door to door with my friends. That was a safe time, not now (unfortunately) 👻👻 I can't wait to work in this journal with you, make some cards and just have fun. There is so many cute pieces of ephemera and stamps out there. I made another 10 loaves of Zucchini bread this past weekend and I feel like I'm ready for winter. Now for the corn chowder ... but that will come later. I have so much crafting to catch up on and I'm ready. I want to finish up the Christmas Cottage I started over on my Patreon ..... I just need time. I am so excited to start watching these videos! I would love to participate in things but I just don't have the time with a new baby! I am working on making a book mark for my co-worker and it's been a week so far. Hoping to finish it tomorrow though. We just had a really busy but great last 2 days. I live in Madison and we spend yesterday from 4:00 to 9:00 there with friends and live music....and our son just loved it!! He is a very social guy
Caroline ..... you have a new baby to take care of, cuddy with and enjoy smiles each and every day. You're crafting will be there, believe me. Having twins, I didn't start scrapbooking until they went to kindergarten .... I had no time. Keep doing the family thing, life is short .... it goes by way too fast.
