Thank you professor for these, I have just started with a new company and I am using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, I am rusty on solid works and ask if you could turn up the volume if possible as I follow your instruction while getting back up to speed but other than that I am doing well following your tutorials, I do have some issues with my software that I need to address with the help desk, thank you for your time.
Why did you choose to create a fillet on the interior boss? It seems like that would be very difficult to manufacture. Even with a 5-axis this design seems unnecessarily complicated. Have you updated it since this video?

Are you laser sintering or casting this part? It would be cool if you included the expected manufacturing methods at the end of the videos : )
