Thank you for this insight. These are all my concerns as I pivot into UX from a long period of working in service and hospitality. It seems so overwhelming with AI, competition with digital natives and how fast Figma evolves with new features for us to master.

That is a constant in the tech world, changes never stop and you learning new skills, tools, etc. Needs to become a habit but is not as bad as it sounds. It will happen gradually, that's why we have the different levels. As a Junior the expectations should be lower and you'll have time to manage.

Hi Jonas, I came across your channel and instantly subscribed. A question I have: As someone self taught and very interested in design, but finding themself in a different industry in an adjacent but not exact UX role, what would be the best way to get true education on UX/UI to then transition fully - while in a full-time role?

Hey, thank you for commenting and subscribing! 🙌 Well, only you have the answer to that question. It depends on many things like, how do you like to learn, your resources (time and money) your current skills, etc...
What is your profession right now? Maybe I can help you see what area of UX is closer to your skills at this moment in time.
