This is how I learned the dance *covers* I watched dance covers to know how its supposed to look on one person *Pick a member to follow* I mostly** followed ryujin and yuna (yeji for intro) *be familiar with the chorus, its easier* *break down the song into parts and make timestamps* *slow down the video* Learn each part one at a time on a slow speed until you can do it faster, then move on to the next and just repeat!

I finally learned the whole song in sync with the girls 🙂I'M SOOO HAPPPYYY Well here's a tip for those who wanna loose weight do the whole choreography+ the dance break atleast 7 times a day this helps you to be Self-trained and it losses your weight if you do properly without skipping any day. Well I'm skinny but I actually wanna get abs idk why 😂 soo I started to perform this and yea within 2 days I got a compliment "you're looking super skinny than usual" So yea u can try this it worked for me but I still don't have abs since today's my third day of training 😅

So i watch allot of RUclips shorts and i see some videos titled "K-pop groups easiest choreography VS hardest choreography" and then i see sometimes Itzy in there and it says that "LOCO" is the hardest choreography. But how? It is so easy like i learned the choreography in 2 days,it may be hard for some non-trained people like if you went to dance class for 2-5 years it will be easy for you to learn the choreography but if you aren't trained or haven't been to dance class then it might seem a little hard. The dance-break is pretty hard even though i'm trained for 3 years (i stopped because of covid) and even if you are trained it is still hard.

Because it’s very hard, also if you watch Itzy members’ fan cams they also don’t perform it live because it’s a bit complicated and it might make their voices unstable, so in dance tutorials they remove it only because Itzy don’t dance it live.

Algunos tips por si vas a aprenderte el baile: - los dedos hacen ver un baile bonito, siempre piensa en ellos, tenlos tensos para que haga como una curvita en los dedos, lo hace ver bien - Nunca mires al suelo, mira al frente, al publico en caso de que actues. - no dejes nada de tu cuerpo suelto, nunca las manos - mirate muchas veces el dance break o movimientos que te cuesten - hazte conciente de los tiempos y repitelos en tu mente, primero con musica hasta que te sslgan bien los tiempos y luego sin hasta que lo puedas bailar solamente en tu cabeza pensando los tiempos - Elige solo a un miembro, no vayas cambiando, se te va a hacer complicado - Recuerda que todo el mundo baila bien, solo necesita practica y tips, cuando los tips ya los tengas mas que claros, notaras la diferencia :)

- no dejes nada de tu cuerpo suelto, nunca las manos
- mirate muchas veces el dance break o movimientos que te cuesten
- hazte conciente de los tiempos y repitelos en tu mente, primero con musica hasta que te sslgan bien los tiempos y luego sin hasta que lo puedas bailar solamente en tu cabeza pensando los tiempos
- Elige solo a un miembro, no vayas cambiando, se te va a hacer complicado
- Recuerda que todo el mundo baila bien, solo necesita practica y tips, cuando los tips ya los tengas mas que claros, notaras la diferencia :)
