People who have power , they have arrogance about it, it's a harsh truth. People in our society worship Ias officers , they are given respect, dignity, special treatment etc. So they develop superiority complex.
अधिकांश IAS इंजीनियरिंग और मेडिकल के समानांतर अधिकारियों से बदतमीजी से ही पेश आते हैं। यह समन्वय को खत्म कर देता है। इसमें सुधार जरूरी है।

Aisa nahi hai gadhe. Bahot saare ias officers suspend huye hai. Bahot saare galat documents ke liye bhi suspend huye hai. Har saal 900 vacancy aati hai toh at least 100-150 waiting pe rahte kyuki unaka documents fault rahta hai. Ekad baar galati ho jati hai. Wo suspend ho jayegi.

It's the scourge of entitlement in the candidate and the lack of regard for the institution of public service to the nation. This lady has the gall to demand every benefit right during the probationary period, having got selected via false application - OBC category and having a disability. So shameful. She should be kicked out of the service. Just see her attitude during probationary period and what could be once she is a full blown IAS officer. Such a disgrace. I hope the details of full investigation be made pubic so people know who were behind her application being re-instituted and the rest. So shameful. Greed has no bounds. Just pathetic. She needs to be kicked out. Period.

मेरा अनुभव यह भी रहा है कि ज़िले में किसी IAS की पहले ही नियुक्ति कर देने से अधिकारी के मन में “ मोगाम्बो ख़ुश हुआ” जैसा भाव गहराई से बैठ जाता है! मेरा सुझाव कृपया नियुक्ति विभाग को देना चाहें कि ज़िलों में तैनाती से पहले एक साल के लिए नये चयनित अधिकारी को राज्य सचिवालय में तैनात करना mandatory कर दें ! अधिकारी को अपनी सीमाएँ समझ आ जायेंगी। शासन में चालित पत्रावलियों पर लिखे जाने वाले शब्द कितना महत्व रखते हैं और कितना प्रभाव आम जन के जीवन पर डालते हैं , उन्हें देखना ही चाहिये।

जब से संन्यासी administration से दूर हो गया तब से सब भ्रष्ट होता चला गया

Stop reservations in merit systems first. It is being abused for ages now. What is the fault of more deserving general guy or girl who is sidelined by some barely eligible reserved Candidate? Hire those who are deserving, not those who are "oppressed". Minority doesn't make u eligible. Only give aid to poor for studies, that's all. Only monetory help, not free seat. Enough is enough. This system is destroying Indian progress forever.

But let me tell you that Collector/DM of Ratnagiri had also followed the same procedure and let me admit that trainee IAS was assigned to me for daily reporting and following the instructions outlined by Collector. It was in 2005-07 when I functioned as Dist. Sainik Welfare Officer & held additional charge for Sindhudurg too.
