the oukitel brand is preparing the release of a wp52. built for adventure and outdoor work, the device benefits from ip68, ip69k and mil-std-810h certifications. it is therefore dustproof, withstands immersion in water up to 1.5 m deep for 30 minutes and falls from 1.5 m high. it has satisfied around twenty tests under a standard set up by the american army (shocks, drops, high and low temperatures, humidity, etc.). the oukitel wp52 has a very (very) okay battery with a capacity of around 5000 mah which is compatible with 18 w fast charging. it is a 48-megapixel main sensor, 2-megapixel macro, 0.3 depth sensing camera as third camera,. the smartphone displays on a 6.6 inch screen with a definition of 2408 x 1080 pixels, resolution of 400 ppi and refresh rate of 960hz. the brightness is up to 450 cd/m² and the screen / body ratio is 85%. a 32-megapixel photo sensor is housed on the front. the oukitel wp52 is equipped with a mediatek dimensity 6100+ (5g) soc engraved in 6 nm. this mobile platform has a configuration of 2 x cortex a-76 at 2.2 ghz and 6 x cortex a-55 at 2 ghz. the antutu score is 400,000 points. the whole thing is supported by 4 gb of ram, with the possibility of adding 12 gb of virtual ram via dynamic ram expansion technology, and 256 gb of storage. without going into further details, oukitel indicates that its wp52 smartphone will be available at a price of $199.99 (around €140). more information to come on the official website.
