You made your move look incredibly organised and unstressful 👍😊
A dining area would be great especially as you have the room. Although you have carpet are you getting rugs to 'ground' your spaces and add texture/colour.
My only other suggestions would be artwork, more mirrors, massive plants (real or faux if you're a plant murderer like me) as many cushions as you can cope with and maybe a few side tables or a nest of tables for the sofa ends as for some it'll be a looooong ol' reach to the coffee table! 😊
