The candidate should consider becoming a preacher. He is emphatic, passionate, expressive, and has a good voice. You won't fall asleep listening to him.

And he's kinda too academic for the post, his arguments seldom hit home, they lack precision and miss the target in so many ways as he tends to rave and rave throwing points all over th map

Why does Mr Nel in the special investigating unit of the Masters office ignore you when you point out massive organized crime there? Is it because he is Afrikaans and so is the CEO of Absa Deceased Estates (Mr Vanya Terblanche). We could start there

It was be a mistake for them to recommend him at this stage the guy has never practiced and in the past the JSC has always preferred to give candidates more acting stints he started in Feb it's now April no he must wait for the next interviews in the meantime he must continue to act.

Minimum realisation of socio-economic rights is located in the realm of conservative legal logic which is meant to inflict minimum disturbance of ownership equilibrium. It wont work well in a country where patterns of ownership were as result of deliberate racial discriminatory legislation. The latter endured in SA for almost 300 years and disparity cannot be outdone by conservative logic. The reasonableness test is more relevant to the South African context. The young lad is full of theory and no practical experience. Appoint him you will have another mkhwebane. His Zionist affinity has come back to haunt him. He has a very poor sense of justice as it relates to Palestinian human rights. In his private life he is an ultra right wing zionist whose ideas are carefully tucked under a liberal world view. I bet he won't publicly acknowledge that there's a NAKBA underway in GAZA. There's a level of shallowness amongst certain commissioners.
