- decided to look through the years videos of top of the pops and stick all the ones that were memorable and popular into one video. This project was longer than I first thought but we have finally reached the end.

time flies by so fast. TOTP was fab. Not appreciated some of these songs until now. May Keith Flint rest in peace.
I’m currently recovering from health issues, and watching TOTP helps a lot, seeing so many of my favourite bands and artists.
Get well soon!
" All Together Now, In No Man's Land. In 2023, this Farm Track is Timeless!!! ❤....
Agreed!
yes...Bach is timeless, isn't he.
We want new TOTP performances back. Our children should know our source of happiness in our youth. I'd like them to have such memories in the future.
They still do annual Christmas and New Years specials. 👍🏻
“Music Sounds Better With You” still slaps.
R.I.P. Keef...
Thanks for taking the time to put these videos up - had a brilliant trip down memory lane!
Thank you for uploading. I remember some of these TOTP performances, it's wonderful to see them again after all these years.
Wow The Farm … Brilliant
You need to do more of these! So many great sections of the 90s still to fill
Well thats pretty much the best of top of the pops, there is so so much great 90s to explore but alot of the really good stuff that wasnt pop wasnt on top of the pops
I agree, well done xx
@@KeiranCounsellKC1994 👏👏👏
Thank you so much for putting the time and effort into finding all these clips and editing them.
Its better than what the beeb put out on bbc4 on Friday nights. Keep them coming mate, fantastic viewing! This channel is getting no where near the views that it truly deserves.❤❤❤❤
Brings a smile to my face when listening to music when it was fresh and original. Unlike the same old garbage, they churn out today.
Muito bom demais
Mighty fine effort that! I'm amazed at the amount of trash Euro pop has pervaded my conscious. A decent way to spend 4 hours. Nice one mate.
I remember when prodigy were a dance group, what the hell happened after that
They evolved as that scene died out by 95/96. They pretty much finished for me after firestarter and Breathe . I loved all the dance stuff before on the first two albums
I was gonna say hang on, The Mission? In the 90s? Then I remembered they re-released Tower of Strength in 1994.
The Wamdue Project Pepsi Chart Show performance of King of My Castle was much more memorable.
Was that 'The Human League's' first appearance in 12 years (1982) ? I don't think they ever performed "Louise" on TOTP.
Some older songs like temptation are remixes that hit the charts again
@@KeiranCounsellKC1994 Thats fantastic!
I think it was their first since Heart Like a Wheel in 1990.
They never performed Louise but they did perform The Lebanon on TOTP on 3rd May 1984.
Just wondering if this is a collection of TOTP studio performances what are Prodigy and Fatboy Slim promo videos doing in this collection? Just curious and I am not complaining because I despise them.
the prodigy video was probably included because even though it was a very memorable song, they were banned from appearing on top of the pops because of some concern about their lyrics, but they did show the video for firestarter ONCE when it was topping the charts and didn’t show it again. ironically when the bbc would ban songs it would make them more popular (relax by frankie goes to hollywood is another example of this…it shot up the charts to number one as did firestarter)
In the fire starter song I admire and feel sorry for the drummer and isnt it very much a 90s version of Adan Ant?
lee mavers should have been huge with the la's
22:47 that’s not Ed Sheeran?
Some of these were from the 00s
What in the actual hell is Robbie Williams wearing?
When I first saw it I thought of anne off little britian xD
@@KeiranCounsellKC1994 eh eh eh
MORE GREAT VIDEOS!!! Getting something for free off the 'bbc' does it for me. Tho' if you haven't got a tv licence you're not supposed to view their content. OOPS!
im not supposed to be copying from various sources and compiling XD but I bet they will change their tune if it translates to record sales and a renewed interest to BBC archive material xD
@@KeiranCounsellKC1994 It's supposed to be publicly owned and if you're not doing this for profit I personally don't see what the harm is. If the government didn't prop it up it would have broken up years ago because nobody wants to pay for a 'tv licence'. It's criminal that poor people have to pay their hard earned money for the likes of Gary Linaker. (He's on £1.35 million a year the basterd!!!)
