Was Brooke rude in the household? I always thought Brooke was respectful. To me she didn’t act like she owned the place. I think the main thing was that she was wrong to move in without Stephanie’s prior approval. Stephanie always held that against her even though the problem was with ridge. He invited her there without getting his mother’s approval. So even though I don’t think she should have moved in, I don’t think she acted like she owned the place.

I have to say this whole "scheme" of Stephanie's is a pretty pointless plot machination. She can easily be friends with Eric just by giving them the divorce anyway, and then appealing to Eric to retain his friendship. No one buys the "friendship" stipulation, and it's not like they're really going to all be "friends", and Stephanie could have continued to be friends with Eric anyway, just by changing her attitude. No one becomes friends with someone else by having it be a stipulation in a legal proceeding.

Which might cause friction between Eric and Brooke & Eric will go running back to Stephanie.
