Even a layman who is not an expert can see very clearly thier poor workmanship and lack of skills in constructing roads in hilly areas. Some 'sorry for the inconvenience' signs are here since g20 summit held at kohima. The inconveniences still persist. Safety measures in the form of proper legible signs need to be put up along the whole stretch of nh29
