The other night I was at work and I over heard a black guy telling his friend he hates Mexicans. I thought to myself, no wonder you only hire blacks for your saftey team. So I walked by him and told him, "if you hate us so much, don't eat our food!" and I walked back to my department. But, I know for a fact some blacks have racism towards our gente too. Other than that I love this song.

After the killings of the vendors, I started looking at them at a whole different way. I tipped them larger cuz what they get paid wasn't worth them getting killed, I even got my son in law to give my neighborhood paletero a job in his company, to this day he still thanks me for getting him the job. He's getting paid good and then some because my son in law knows how it is also because his own family was from Mexico.
