This is fantastic! I learned not only the workflow, but how to move around within it and test out just the groups. I appreciate the color correction and lighting portion (I've seen you do that before, and it's now finally sticking into memory). I also learned what a great way to organize my loras and have them handy. I think I recently saw one that shows the picture of the lora, as well, which would be nice. thanks for adding notes to the workflow, as well.
Amazing workflow, Rob! Very well structured and explained. Thank you a lot for sharing your work with us. Your videos are always very inspiring, but I'm afraid that my card can handle the Flux part. Even with fp8 I'm at the limit not getting an out of memory problem.
The same flow will work with all SDXL just swap out the samplers and feed everything from the SDXL model. Flux is a monster I'm afraid the trend is for ever larger models, the hardware can't keep up.
@@robadams2451 Thanks for the hint. That will be my exit strategy if I'm not able to use flux. Larger model... my guess, too. We are always running after new hardware. It's the same with the gaming industry and even nowadays for operating systems, too... larger, faster ... and regarding graphic cards, far more expansive! It'a pity that there is no competition for the main card producer.
I'm having a little trouble in variations. I can get the bottom variation to mask to "preview" but it doesn't seem to want to carry up to the middle variation. I know this must be a simple error. I've tried multiple times and so far just take whatever the first (lower) variation does to the next step. Any thoughts on what my error might be? In the video, middle layer preview just kind of "appears" as the lower preview output looks. How do you carry the previous layer of variation up to the next layer?

The new ComfyUi allows you to Rt click on the Lora's name and it will bring up info on key words and bring up the model page.
That's a great workflow! Using the style loras at final stages is really clever.
A wonderful tutorial, I learned a lot (and still am as I play around with the workflow).
Many thanks.
I always look forward to your videos! Thank you sincerely for also including the workflows!
Great video!
😊 👍
It's a complex but versatile workflow....

I think the Preview Bridge node has been updated. You may need to update comfy and substitute the new one.
