    I just started using my new solar system and am totally happy with it. Driving around my subdivision in our HOA, I determined only 10 of 93 homes could really successfully install a system. In SC, we have lots of tall trees and nearby 2 story homes. Plus, our HOA doesn't allow solar panels on the front of the house facing the street. That is a huge detriment for selling solar in my city. I think selling solar in the east U.S. would be more difficult than in the West that has more open spaces.

    Or maybe the "10 quotes" didn't know what the product was and the homeowner had no idea either - so they thought it mattered more what they thought of the "rep" or the "company" more than what the product was and what it meant for them to use it. And whose fault is that??? And how could that happen? And so the solution is - ask the "experts" - survey says - make a better "deal" that addresses their "needs" and "wants" and "pain points". Got it. The other "10 quotes", somehow missed that. Race to the bottom. What would be a "specific motivator" for one homeowner as opposed to another when it comes to solar power??? A guy walks into a doctor's office with a "problem." He has a broken arm. He keeps paying someone to follow him everywhere to hold it together for him manually. Should the doctor just ask questions to identify his pain points? See his emotional needs? Should she listen more than he talks? Or should she just tell him what to do?

    Yeah, except the "tennis ball" is the Sun and they can't really knock it anywhere now can they.... "Hi- just following up on the Sun... " What "business" are you trying to earn??? Maybe you are missing something?
