But that thing now is eating up my body and I'm getting very skinny and all resources for me to work and gain my own income has been blocked. Since then I have to struggle to find new job. But strange thing happened. Every interview I attended, They accepted me and ask me to commence immediately but then when I was about to start they call me and said they hired other people for my position. This not happen once. But more than five gave me this same rejection. During the interview they were so happy to see me and my qualifications. Since then I started to see strange look everytime I got up from sleep especially in the middle of night. Like 12 am or 3 am. I would see myself like an 85 yr old women. Face looks so scary and my head covered in white hair. Now the thing is sucking the blood on my neck and sucks my nutrients from my body until I'm skinny. I need to eat a lot. But after a while I will be tired again. But I'm ignoring it. I kept telling myself no matter how tired I need to fight and keep moving. I Can't be lazy just lying down in bed. That thing many times makes me suicidal. But God help me.

Bullous pemphigoid, like most autoimmune disorders, can be treated but not cured. He could have had a better quality of life with a lot less pain and suffering if he had had proper treatment. Proper treatment regimen could include immunosuppressant medications, corticosteroids, Steroid-sparing immunomodulatory drugs, nutritional supplementation (potassium, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins D & E and calcium) and anti-inflammatory drugs. In severe cases, which his case appears to be, plasmapheresis may be indicated to reduce antibodies in his blood. Plasmapheresis is a process in which the liquid part of the blood, or plasma, is separated from the blood cells. Typically, the plasma is replaced with another solution such as saline or albumin, or the plasma is treated and then returned to your body.
People who have a neurological disorder (dementia, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and epilepsy} are more likely to develop bullous pemphigoid. Ulcerative colitis may also be a factor. Sometimes women can develop it during pregnancy. It affects men and women equally. However, it is more prevalent in the elderly and it is more common in Western countries than in the Far East.

Instead of searching for karmic debtor he should go search his parents and his siblings and repented his sin toward them and toward Allah. He leave his family behind for worldly desire and this is what he got. even in death bed he still stubborn and do not want to repent. In Islam Muslims call karma as Kifarah.
