Kevin's story is one of surviving brain disease and suicide. He goes everywhere to save lives. He is a God-given gift to us. He and his precious family will now remain in my daily prayers for the rest of my life. #BeHereTomorrow
Kevin when I found your clip it really helped me a lot.... I suffer from Bipolar Disorder as well. Your story helped me realize I need to get help and it was ok not be okay and go get professional help.... it took me awhile but I did. Thank you for your story.
I can only thank you sir, if you read this. I'm only in my 20s am come from a good family. but I've been into depression and alcohol. I've been thinking about suicide recently, so much so that my note is in the drawer next to me. but after watching this and your other lectures- I made me cry and feel much better- it made me get up and start looking for a new job- talk to my friends and accept that I need help again. thank you very much. thank you
I'm doing so much better now thank you, I moved to a new city, I'm moving in to an apartment with my girlfriend and am working at a job I'm really happy in - surrounded by family and good friends :)
Mental health problems are illnesses, like any disease, if left untreated it has a detrimental effect on your health! I have been a depression and personality disorder sufferer since I was 13 due to a traumatic childhood littered with abuse and alcoholism ...you sir are an inspiration and a hero!
God how lucky he was to not only live but also be able to walk and not be wheelchair bound. I'm glad too, he seems like a good guy and he has helped me better understand how to master my mental health with good sleep hygiene, a clean diet, a solid exercise routine and avoiding substance abuse, especially alcohol which is a horrible depressant and awful for your mental well being.
Here's a message just for today. WE still need you. Yes, it's about coronavirus. That does not mean not fighting suicide. They go together. What does it add up to not to obey the CDC? How do we know that no coronavirus death numbers contain suicide numbers? Call Dr. Vuong, call Dr. Phil, call Dr. Oz. Please.

Make sure you get on some medicine, there is a chemical imbalance one must accept and treat.
