tran hau this is traditional mens dance of the Lakota oyate or "people." Their regalia or "clothes" as you call them, are in honor of the sacred eagle, the messenger. The regalia are also made by their elders or family. They are dancing in honor of the people who donate money to the crazy horse monument, a work in progress. The song is traditional as well and is sung in Lakota. These men are most likely from Pine Ridge or Rosebud reservation.
