The thing with Vulcan is that there nothing special about it being a cruiser, no one doing a double take at it, it look very avg, yes the performance is better but cruisers are literally about lookin cool, a Vulcan with it's 180° parallel twin and basic Japanese motorcycle looks will be like just another black supersport on the street.

The 750cc looks like cheap Harley to us....Very popular cruiser here
i'm going with the Kawasaki from these choices. The shadow needs to bump up to a 900cc engine.
