In the end it's not about which team wins the battle, it's about coming together as a community and collectively celebrating this divine gift to humanity called hip hop. This battle truly shows that hip hop creates peace and unites people under a common flag.
One of the best battles this WHOLE year, so much energy and Gamblerz and Dream Team Japan gave absolute respect to each other(hard to see that nowadays in my opinion) Fresh stuff too, hella sick battle.

Examining this battle again with one more year of bboying experience...I give this one to Japan. Gambler crashed a lot/were sloppy on a lot of occasions but Japanese were on point and on beat. Can't get over Kimutaki's last set. Not even the backflip to sidechair, the entire set. "...keep the crack and the smack for the wack or the vial and the nine; keep a smile like that..." beautiful musicality.
im sorry but if i saw that backflip to airchair in real life i would've seriously been all out there on the floor screamin cuz thas the sickest move i've seen...even though the end's elbow airflare to airchair is up there with it. i wish they had more competitive matches like this all the time.. gamblers should have their own lil competitions at their gym and call it the gambler slumber party or somethin..

Not that it matters, cuz both crews have crazy talent, but are the Korean bboys a lot taller than all the Japanese bboys, or is it just the camera angle? Could a taller bboy pull off that backflip to airchair? I wouldn't think it'd be possible without breaking something. I'm 6'2"/195lbs. and I wouldn't even consider trying to land on one arm. Just wondering if size and weight classes would ever be considered in battles...
