The demos were just released this year and its amazing how he transformed the songs from the jam demos to what it is here. Improvising yields more surprises and unpredictable moments for parts and those are the ones he keeps. Which makes songs better than writing it first before playing around with it. Actually the only thing that I liked from the Demo’s is the bass. It sounded better on the demos than the album lol

Actually he's pretty much improvising. That's why there are inconsistencies between takes, because he doesn't have every hit memorized.
