I've never played Pai Gow, but is there a reason on the 28:30 hand that you didn't use the joker on the bottom for 3 of a kind 4s to get a payout of the fortune bet? Your Q high would have still beat the top hand of the dealer, so you'd get the hand's bet also. Or am I not understanding some rules?

On your 2nd hand when you hit the Ace high bonus, you should've been paid on the original bet as well. Pair of two's on bottom and A high up top beats a pai gow hand
It’s because of the cards up for the dealer. I would rather play regular and beat the dealer on A high hands. The casino put this version on to better the house odds. Look at any PaiGow pit, this table is always empty except for amateurs. (Not saying this is but that table usually is)

The hand at the 6:45 mark wouldn’t you split the Aces and the joker up so you’d have a pair up top and the pair of aces in the middle to beat the dealers top (pair of deuces) and bottom (pair of sixes)? I don’t play pai gow but I was just wondering if that would be the correct play there and if that was a mistake playing the three Aces in the middle and it being a push instead of you beating both
In Pai Gow the Joker can only be used to complete a Straight or Flush otherwise it plays as an Ace. So in this hand the dealer has 2's up top and 6's on the bottom and Daniel only has 3 Aces with the joker being one of them. If he uses the joker up top it only plays as an Ace not a pair. Hope this helps.
The first hand when the dealer had ace high pai gow you could have also had ace high pai gow. You could have split your pair of 2s. The only rule is your 5 card hand be better than your 2 card hand. Ace high on 5 card with the 2 is better than high card on the other hand.

In Pai Gow dealers very rarely get an ace high ... that’s a sucker’s bet. I only bet a dollar on that spot.
Once again confused by this game. At 6:36 couldn't you have put aa537 on the bottom and joker + 9 on top and had 2 pairs and beat her on both?
Joker is only an Ace or part of a flush or straight you cannot use it to substitute for other cards that way in this game.
