I noticed the red X in your PTR records on the Contabo control panel as well. I am struggling to figure out how to add the 2nd domain name. Would LOVE a vidoe adding a 2nd and 3r domains to repeat the steps on each or add them all at the same time. Be nice just to add the other domains all at one time. Your videos are excellent. On Cloudfare you had to disable proxying in order for it to work. You said you would reenable it later ? How to do this such that it still works ? Otherwise your IP address is revealed.
Why there's no password option when creating mailboxes. I want simply to create an email account. Why should I be forced to select user or group per mailbox? Is there any way to just create a separate email account?
Thank you but server is not free. There are email hosting solutions which are better in terms of price and you do not have to do anything accept for the DNS setup.
@@webshanks The most cheapest option is $5 linode for the server part and I do not know if that is enough ( 1 linode) . Let's say that is enough but a lot of effort to learn and manage. I have found mxroute for instance. Yandex is not giving free custom e-mails anymore so I am thinking small plan of mxroute. Do you have a suggestion like that for unlimited domains and unlimited accounts. I use those mails for ecommerce sites. So I do not need so many storage and mail features. Data on e-mails in my case is temporary. Even deleting the data every year is no problem for specific custom mails.
Hello web shanks, please i encountered a problem while after installing cloudron and now my servers network is down and they seem not to have a solution to this other than disabling cloudron, please i need your help

I had to contact my vps provider to help reinstall my server and now i followed every step you took correctly and when i get at the point of creating a cloudron account to install an app in the app store, it keeps rejecting every password i input, even the generated password too. Please help me out on this
one question please , if i use your method to note i already used cyberpanel method , but when i try to connect to my smtp server via an external app it doesnt connect , with your method will it work , im gonna try it anyway i just need insurrance thanks for the vid subbed

Yes you can also connect to SMTP using the following configuration; Server Name: Your mail server location (i.e. mail.yourdomain.com) Port: 587 Connection Security: STARTTLS Username/password: Email and your Cloudron password

Hi, yes you can absolutely do that. Cloudron free tier allows two applications installed. In addition, you should have 1 IP per domain so that you can set reverse DNS. But with Cloudron you can use at least 1 reverse DNS for multiple email domains. That means you can use one IP for multiple domains. Moreover, you can use third-party email clients if you don't want to use Roundcube webmail.

You can enable the proxy on any records except the MX and the mail domain.

You should be able to add or generate passwords for mailboxes.

@@ilkbaharkunduzu1 all i can think of is mxroute or migadu. Also zoho is also good option and very cheap.

I made use of hostwind and the only issue i'm facing right now is creating an account to access the app store
Are you using vpn?

Hi, AWS has port 25 blocked by default. We can send from other third party SMTP server.

@@maevwat you can use third party SMTP server like Sendgrid or Google if your server blocks port 25. Google allows 500 emails per day.
