- INPORTANT PARTS OF THE DISCUSSION TO WATCH OUT FOR
- Asrar Rashid was trying to turn the discussion into a debate, so we briefly agreed to a 3 minutes back and forth in which Ustadh Abdul Rahman clearly dominated him with evidences to the extent where Asrar Rashid had to swiftly get out of the 'mini debate' by going back to discussing the contract conditions [01:02:10]
- Watch out for the numerous times that Ustadh Abdul Rahman caught him out on his Arabic grammar mistakes...
- Berelvis are really going to be upset with this one. Asrar Rashid called Ahmed Raza Khan al Berelvi a muqallid, in other words he said he is not a scholar! He brought him down to the same level as Asrar himself, a Muqallid just like him :| [01.47.20]
- The end part is actually quite interesting as Asrar Rashid promised that he would be up for the debate straight away after the contract conditions were discussed but at this point he asked for the cameras to be turned off [02.00.53] after the cameras being turned off we got them turned back on but he still went against his word and after a few questions he made made his exist [02.02.55]

Vice, in vice-debator comes from the Latin Vice which means in place of, however, it does also mean a sin or blameworthy attribute which is its common usages. Vice is generally used for roles in business and presidency.
Ustadh didn't ask 6 questions nor did he or Imran prolong it as much or little as Asrar (it ran on for 13 minutes ) so he has nothing to claim in regards to what is and isn't petty.
Ustaad Abdirahman may Allah bless you those suffis problems always used to be warshipping Allah alone by asking graves and slaughtering for awliyaa committing major shirk yet arguing that it is permissible may Allah guide them
Both parties should atleast let the other party finish their statement.
Good job imam Asim backed off from the mawlid debate a couple of months back.. The Somalian imam would of wiped the floor with him... And I am not being biased... Asrar has 100X more Knowledge than imam Asim.. And he's still struggling against the Somalian imam.

You can clearly see a big difference in knowledge between the two. Especially when it comes to Usool ul Fiqh, Qawaa'id Fiqhiyyah and Mustalah ul Hadeeth. Ustadh Abdur Rahman Hassan schools him when they start arguing. You can also see how the Qur'aan constantly is on the tongue of Ustadh Abdur Rahman Hassan, while Asrar only have memorized lots of shubuhaat connected to Tawassul and Istighaathah. May Allaah let the truth become manifest through this debate.

he wants to argue to death over something that has a win - lose consequence. if it was halal( which it's not ) there is minimal benefit and because it's haram and bidah the punishment is leaving Islam. because he's not 100% sure it's allowed he's playing with a small act of worship on one side and being a disbeliever on the other

Asrar said to Ustad that he could ask 5 questions at the end, every spin off question that the Ustad asked, he denied to answer, however he asked many spin off questions in his own 5 questions? Am I wrong ?

My question to Asrar is did any of the prophets celebrate thier birthday or the people at that time celebrate thier birthday did the prophet celebrate his birthday as we supposed to follow the prophet no ? Second question is when Surat Fatiha says ask god alone for help then why do u need to pray to a prophet to get to god
You see that the argument Asrar used about musa (as) benefitting the ummah is wrongly used. Because you will never find a person who seeks istighata travel up to the heavens to get benefitted. They all go to the graves and therefore the statement brother AbdulRahman made about that the person in the grave cant benefit or hurt anyone is true. If the prophet Muhammed saw would have went to the grave of Musa (as) he could never have benefitted Muhammed in the same way he did when they met in the 6th heaven. Like so everybody can see this point.
Masha'Allah I had a feeling there must me a logical answer to that, wish if it was coming from Shaykh Abdul Rahman but nevertheless May Allah grant you goodness...

He doesn't answer any question clearly, keeps crossing over to other points, and answers depending on the context of the situation. You can't compare the prophets asking for help and people asking the graves for help. What Allah has said is set in stone and can not be changed for one person and be different for another. I think his main problem was that brother Imran went public with it. He kept mentioning him and going back towards him in the beginning and the end. He had a good sense of humor whenever he realized he was wrong. And at the end, when they're talking about him saying he is willing to debate here and now, he won't even accept the fact that he was wrong in saying that. He won't debate here and now, yet he won't take his statement back. Regardless of whether they have books or not. I don't trust him on his word to be honest. Otherwise, Allah knows best and I pray that He guides you guys to victory for standing firm on the Haqq.
asrar is talking not for the sake of truth..it is purely a DEBATE to defend ego. Asrar should not begin by insisting on who challenged first. Waste a lot of time.
GUYS!!! Asrar Rashid uploaded this same video BUT its shorter than ours which means they have CUT the video up, they GOT US TO MAKE A PROMISE we would release it unedited! From what i have seen so far the last 10 minutes are gone and in these last 10 minutes they tried to get us to turn of the camera, and Ustadh Abdul Rahman called him our for the debate there and then and he quickly got out of it and left... alhamdulillah we left the video unedited, go and watch that last part now on 02.00.53
10 mins in the beginning is so awkward and even though ustad kept telling him that that he ddnt call him to challenge nor debate by name but a lot of the times he doesn't answer ustad's questions
The debating tricks of the brelwis in summary
1) Invite someone to a debate (preferably based on loose rules so they could go in circles)
2) Come to the debate with half the books in the british library to hoax their blind followers into buying into their intellectual prowess (even though there isn't enough time in the debate to use all books)
3) Veer off the topic of the debate by nit picking every minutiae of information driving you crazy by going in circles constantly opening/reopening tiny debates in things both parties already agree on .
4) Recording the video of debate to capture the person losing their cool and then editing it online
5) If all of the above doesn't work they pretend to not speak English and call it a day

sheikh asrar is a knowledgable person but boy is he on the back foot sheikh hassan is more decisive in his answers i hope things can be clear to all...

The body language says it all, Abdul Rahman Hassan looks calm, collected, and confident. The scrambled paper Asrar Rashid has, makes me scared for him, makes him look like fluffy lamb about to be sacrificed as a deterrent for those on the same ideology (my first impression). May Allah make both parties benefit from this discussion and what follows with only love between.

i commented on the mahamadiya page of the youtube account, where theyre all saying abdurahman got schooled? my comment has been removed, but i was al listening with affiliation from neither side and i have to agree, the sufi chap got schooled
41:20 I am very happy that Ustadh Abdul Rahman refused to have barelwia replaced with Sunnis. This would be a big mistake and misunderstanding when addressing them during the debate.

Asrar is just someone who likes to intimidate whoever he can. Goes around with his gang challenging people & then doesn't give his opponents a word or chance to answer or especially question his true aqeedah which I believe to be of barelvis but this is all just an act he puts on, I mean look at the way he behaves in this video. Why doesn't he go round giving dawah to the Kuffar? No because obviously he follows a flawed deviant sect.
