Don't be scared or mean to the guy walking around with underpants over his head and sometimes a cape, he's friendly and helps a lot of people on the street. Explore, Kingston's a pretty safe city don't restrict yourself to the campus.

Hi Cassidy! I’ll be attending Queen’s this upcoming fall and I have a question abt residence in Ban Righ/Adelaide Hall. Ik it’s a female-identifying residence but are non female identifying students allowed to visit the building/go inside the building at all (eg if you had friends over)? Thanks :D
Hey!! I think mon female identifying students would be allowed to come visit for sure!! I personally never went so I’m not 100% certain but I would believe so!

Hey! amazing question!! I told them my situation and they had me do the French placement test (it takes like 20 minutes and u can do it on your own time on your computer at home) and then based on the score you get they place you! I got placed in French 231 which was called “rédaction et style”, and it was with a bunch of 2nd year students ! I found it to be manageable, especially after having grown up in Montreal, but it depends on your level of comfort! It wasn’t too hard though so don’t worry!
Hey! I LOVED the triple room layout! I think it allows for way more personal space than a double room actually!! You each get your own little rectangle private space within in the triple ! I have a room tour video right before this one if you want an in detail glimpse inside the room !

My triple room was around 15k for the whole year (with meal plan and everythint included) , but it ranges to about 18k depending on the room!!

Yeah!! I’d say so!! Lots of people bike around and I’ve seen a couple bike racks around but I’d definitely bring a lock!
