I like your style of filming! Nowadays usually people film themselves, and their destination is a background at best... You actually film the surroundings! Very old-fashioned style, but I like it.
Love your videos. Thanks for putting these together. I'm curious-- Did you essentially just shorten the wire stays slightly and make up for the difference with the long-stud Sta-Loks? Were the wire ends in pretty bad shape? I assume you did this by just loosening one stay at a time? Thanks!
Hi Hyrum, thank you. The long-stud sta-loks are just a little longer than the existing swages, so I cut the wires about 1/4 inch above the swages, and the wire ends were clean and good, and yes, one stay at a time. And then re-tensioned the rig using a Loos tension guage.
Sure, six months in the cyclone-resistant basin at Vuda Basin over cyclone season was $3k, and now another four months while I recover from left shoulder rotator cuff surgery is another $2k. Not a cheap business! But no cyclones hit Fiji this season, so all good.

Thanks John, besides I can't imagine anyone wanting to watch my mug all the time.
That is a comment that many of us probably should read. I liked the video too. Best regards from Jarle

Keep em coming please!
Sadly, not till this time next year after I finish this season, which will be delayed as I need more shoulder surgery.

Are you willing to share the cost to leave her?
