The frame drops, dropped inputs, severe downgrade in quality (despite the gamecube having similar hardware to the Xbox/PS2 and more disc space) This is a very, very sad port lmao
As lower quality as this port is and more, I can still tolerate with this as I have fully completed the game on this port quite a few times like with Xbox before. Still, makes me wonder how converting this all went and all.
Definitely. That Was A Nice Run And I Learned A Few Things About Wrath That I Didn't Know. Thanks To You. I Still Wonder If Wrath Is Gonna Get A Remake? If Not I Guess Crunch Will Forever Be Stuck In His Mr T's Phase@@_McHooper
Considering how terrible this game ran, maybe there's a good reason the Twinsanity GCN version was cancelled. I've played several good GCN ports (Such as the Tony Hawk games), but this isn't one of them. This was how I first beat WoC, but I didn't 106% it until I picked up the Xbox version.
No they had twinsanity running just fine on gamecube. That only didn't come out because everything finished in that game was only JUST finished right before the game had to go gold (it's why later releases have some changes and fix certain bugs) This port was all Eurocom
Nah, it’s doable on every release. For some reason when you trigger it, Crash gets stuck in the first frame of his crouch animation. I do it all the time in my 106% PB.
Still can't believe this is the version i grew up with. Question: Is there a complete list of every difference for every version somewhere on the internet? The closest i could find was the short section on TCRF, but it doesn't mention stuff like box layouts or have any pictures, etc.
It’s on my to-do list to make a comprehensive list of differences between all versions. There’s a lot of regional differences and revision changes too. All the differences lay in a dormant part of my brain as of right now LMAO
Jesus christ, the GameCube port of this game is flatout fucking awful, I agrue that it's even 10x worse than the PS2 port of Sonic Heroes and X360 port of San Andreas. The redeeming qualities doesn't excuse how shitty the port went after both the PS2 and the Original Xbox came out.
@@_McHooper It's absolutely baffling because the GameCube can run games much better compared to the PS2 due to it's powerful hardware, this game however is the exact opposite because of Eurocom fucking up this port without having to polish the game properly.

@@_McHooper wow, that explains everything
TWoC on GameCube go brrrrrrrrrr

Eurocom’s track record is shoddy, so it doesn’t surprise me.
Hey Hooper. I Saw Your Run On Time Capsule Of 2001 & Thought I'll Drop A Sub Because You Seem Chill.
Appreciate it, thanks. I may upload that run here on the channel eventually.

You ever notice how sometimes when you spin while waiting on a bonus platform, Crash briefly stops animating (aside from blinking)?
I trigger that on purpose by holding the crouch button just before the spin finishes.
@@_McHooper Oh, i thought that was a GameCube thing lol

Fair enough then, I shall be there when it's eventually made!
You would think that they would have time to fix and port it
Eurocom made Sphinx, 40 Winks, Tarzan on PS1/N64 and the G-Force game which is better than it has any right to be
damn I thought dolphin made this game run bad lol
Reality is often disappointing.

At least Sonic Heroes LOOKS good on PS2, this game on the other hand got the worst possible treatment.

The game came out in 2001 bro what else do you expect Jesus Christ? 😂😂
something on par with the PS2 version 😂😂😂😂😂
also the GC version came out in 2002 after the Xbox version sooooo
