I think idols know which camera to look at because there's a light in the camera that is being used to focus, however since there are a lot of cameras and the director chooses which angle to use, the idols have to search for the right camera (with the light) themselves and that's damn hard knowing how they switch up the camera angles SO FREQUENTY 😱 good job to sistar!
