Shelene Bryan - Liberty University Convocation

On March 30th, 2016, at Convocation, North America’s largest weekly gathering of Christian students, author and speaker Shelene Bryan spoke to students about homelessness in America. Shelene shared how her heart was changed and broken for the homeless in her area and encouraged students to take respond to Jesus’ command to care for the least in society.
Shelene Bryan was a Hollywood producer when she took a trip to meet the children her family was sponsoring in Uganda. After her experience, she founded Skip1, an organization that encourages people to skip purchases to fund kitchens in orphanages and impoverished schools.
