    1:35 I don't think NPCs are actually aware of the light. They should be, but I have not noticed them to actually be aware of it. Still night vision is SO nice to have. I have to ask though, about stability; it seems very obviously useful for weapons like the AR-50, but for slow fire weapons like the executioner and tormentor, have you noticed a difference? I'm trying to figure out if I should keep it or get rid of it on my tormentor.....maybe FDEV changed something but stability is doing nothing for me on my tormentor while aiming down the sight. However, when I'm hip firing, I notice a big difference. But I never hip fire :)

      Hi John M , I like stability due to if I mess up, I find it better to regain control in close combat with less recoil when I am not looking down the sights. And if I am having to deal with a swarm of npc's in the open having the ability to 2 hit kill when jumping about and not needing to worry as much about recoil is a massive bonus fro me .     What improvements did you see by adding the scope to the already scoped Executioner. I have been thinking about doing that.

      The zoom in is a marked improvement but long range shots will take time to re adjust to when factoring in the slow travel time of the shot.

    Thankyou. That was very interesting. I haven’t done any upgrades yet and have been planning what and how to do it. How long did it take you to collect all the materials?

      The longest part was surveillance logs due to rng hitting me with a dry spell . The Suit took about 20 hours in all , weapons I would say close to 23 hours for the two , most of that was at the same time as getting the mats for the suit. Sadly rng will will be the main bottle neck. The power regulators i farmed using the method in my other video ruclips.net/video/nuWeptwzjnU/видео.html

      @@StewiePlaysPC Thankyou again. I saw your power generator video and followed it. I am trying to farm a little but I just keep enjoying playing the game and the missions. And collect EVERYTHING!!!! Keep up great work with channel and I will continue to heed your advice.

      All payback at the time of recording was on PC where the sound was fine ,This has been brought to my attention to factor in phones and passably up the gain with out creating massive background hissing , may i ask what type of device you were playing it on ? so when i am back to making videos i can improve the audio. From what iv just seen when playing back on a phone it is very quiet on 50% volume i need the device on 100%. i will look at bumping the voice volume up twice the amount when editing new videos .

    Nice choices. I'm in the process of finding my ideal suit mods myself.
    For nonviolent theft/heist missions I eschew weapons altogether so as not to give the risk of being caught with a weapon in hand by a careless keypress. If an assassination is needed then stealth killing with the overcharged charger is my method. Still, nothing beats an Executioner and Tormentor in your hands. 😜

      I loved it a few updates ago when you could walk about with the over charge held down in the recharging mode , then quickly tap over charge mode twice to stun kill and start it all over for the next unsuspecting npc. I miss nonchalantly wandering through a settlement stunning all as i walked to a mission objective.

    What engineers did you use for the weapons and suit and where are these engineers located thanks for this video nice work

      Hi , the engineers I used are as follows,
      Domino Green, located in Orishis system at The Jackrabbit. Mods here were Stability and Enhanced Tracking.
      Yarden Bond, located in Bayan system at Salamander Bank. Mods here were Improved Jump Assist, Quieter Footsteps , Audio Masking and Faster Handling.
      Terra Velasquez, located in Shou Xing system at Rascal's Choice. The mod here was Noise Suppressor.
      Oden Geiger, located in Candiaei system at Ankh's Promise. Mods here were Scope and Night Vision.
      When unlocking the engineers only sell items to the bartenders when the mission requests them, If you sell them before the mission requests them for the engineer they will not count , I found this out the hard was having to re farm cat media lol.
