- Aircraft Journey 2.0! This time, I’ve added an aircraft perspective in FLYBY mode to showcase how fast they can pass by from a fixed camera position. This is an enhanced version of the original Aircraft Speed Comparison, and I hope you enjoy it!

Those buildings have some strong ass windows

In preparation for this video the city replaced all of the glass with 50mm thick polycarbonate.

@@gubgub3275 smallest to largest weapons would be cool showing max effective distance and bullet/ round speed from .22 to a rail gun
Or the Gustav gun from ww2 I think that's still one of the largest ever built

For anyone who may not know, most of these would top out around 1400-1500km/h at the altitude they are portrayed, with the Eurofighter Typhoon being among the best contenders as far as fighters go.
Exactly..I was also thinking that the drag at sea-level wouldn't allow for such speeds..

A minor issue I've noticed. Camera shake is the same regardless of distance, and there's no audio delay when the sound barrier is being broken, while the camera is further away.
At a distance, there should be a significant delay in both the shake and the audio. See multiple Beirut explosion videos for a good example of this.
Sure but he's doing it for the audience. One might not wanna sit through 5 seconds of silence before hearing a sonic boom lol

@@MatthewCollins19 Indeed. Sometimes certain concessions must be made to make content more watchable. I suppose it stuck out for me because his presentation is somewhat grounded and realistic.
Great utilization of the Matrix City UE5 model! Also very happy you stuck with more static-oriented PoVs for some of the footage as all the panning and following could make some people uncomfortable. Speeds are nuts!

I highly doubt the Darkstar will ever be made IRL. They probably have the technology to do it, but what would it be used for aside from showing off? ICBMs kinda make super-fast jets irrelevant.

I admire your hard work, vision, and extreme consistency.
Aircrafts and their speed comparison with flyby view is always majestic to watch.
But, when you are demonstrating flyby near ground, then rather than choosing highways , select some dusty road to exemplify the strength of their downwash or WING TIP VORTEX also. It will be amazing.

Actually awesome, but where did the speed number MPH/KMH for SR-72 come from?
The MiG-25 Foxbat could push to Mach 3.2, but it would fuck up its own Tumansky R-15B-300 turbojet engines after like 8 minutes max.

Vapor cones don't really show up beyond Mach 1, they only show up right before due to air pressure and condensation.

It's hard to read the information, it fades away to quick and also can't focus with the background images. It is also kind of hard to read the information while the craft is flying by and then disappears. I was thinking you all can add a small image of the craft in the corner while it rotates 360. THANK YOU!

The maximum speed of J20 will not be lower than 2.5 Mach, which is faster than F22
