''Nicid'' and ''Necbaansho'' are quite different. One is the verb form and the other one is adjective.
    Nac (imperative)
    Nacaa (present simple, I/He)
    Nacayaa (present continuous, I/He)
    Nacay (simple past, I/He)
    The adjective is ''Neceb''
So it's, Necbahay (Necebahay) I hate, word by word is Neceb-that who hates/hater, Ahay-I am
Wuu necebyahay, He hates/ is a hater of
Way necebtahay, She hates/ is a hater of
    etc
The adjective form acts as the simple present in Somali, so it's like saying I'm hater of someone/thing. The present simple is the convinent way of experssing such a thought in English while Somali it's the other way around, we go for the adjective and it sound a bit odd if you say ''Waan nacaa, which literally means ''I hate'', people would conceive it as a continuous endless kinda hatred.
Nacayb is the noun of the verb ''Nac''
Nicid/Nicis/Nicitaan are the nouns of the action of hating (even Nicid, Nicis and Nicitaan are different here)
Necbaansho is the noun of being a hater
''Nicis'' is the noun of the verb, while when you say ''Nicid'' you're describing the action of hating, ''Nicitaan'' is focused of the thing/person being hated, the object. It's like kow being just ''Number One'' and ''Hal'' meaning ''Being One''. So ''Nicis'' corresponds to ''Kow'' while ''Nicid'' corresponds to ''Hal''
Nicitaanku wax fiican ma ahan ''Hating (something/one) is not good. Object focused here.
Niciddu wax fiican ma ahan ''The action of hating is not good. Action focused here, the act of hating.
Nicistu wax fiican ma ahan ''Hate is not good''. Verb's being focused here.
So if you say ''Barasho horteed ha i necbaan'' it means ''Don't be a hater of me before getting to know me'' and it's not the common way of saying it. But when you want to ask someone ''Why do you hate me?'' in Somali you say ''Maxaad(Maxay ayaa aad) ii necebtahay'' literally meaning ''Why are you (being) a hater of me'', this time the adjective is the way to go.
Hope this clarifies many thing, sorry for any typo I didn't review this comment!

The "I am hater of someone/something " example is quite confusing. Waan necbahay is present just like English I hate not I'm hater am hate is waxaan ahay mid wax neceb literally

The word ‘nicin’ comes from the word ‘nacab or nacayb’. Now ‘nacab’ means enemy, while ‘nacayb’ means hatred. So you can use the word in any sentence where you are telling someone not to hate something. The opposite of ‘ha nicin’ is ‘nac’; as in…iska nac wixii xun.

Barasho horteed means before getting to know me.
The word "horteed" is used instead of "hortiis" b/c barasho is feminine.
(Geedka hortiis) means infront of the tree and tree in somali is masculine
So what you use hortiis or horteed depends on the word before it
