Darren really is something. It's refreshing to see someone who is legitimately talented and hardworking not only achieve success, but also remain grounded and humble and thankful and gracious and giving. I also attended U of M so I did see him in a few productions at school. So to see him succeed on Glee (then to have the privilege to have seen him on Broadway this past January) just makes me really happy for and proud of him because he really works for it and takes nothing for granted.
I like how Darren deflected that question about going "WTF?" when reading a new script (which she probably didn't realize sounded insulting to the people that write it). He made it positive and humble and didn't hurt any feelings. I'm glad this show has such an awesome cast that handle stuff well or else I don't think i'd be obsessed with it.
Artie's mom should totally be a hoarder! Ian is awesome. I wish he wrote everything. He seems to be the only one that remembers this show is suppose to be funny.
