I am a little confused. is it possible to put the statement together if the client have not provided you with their needs or specification?
It will be a little difficult without that information. It's important that you have a clear understanding of their needs in order to put your scope statement together. Thanks for watching, cheers!
So scope statement is basically a project objective?
@keitumetsetumi2677 yes, the scope statement defines all the elements of the project scope as well as assumptions, project requirements and acceptance criteria. The document serves as the primary tool for stakeholders and teammates to reference and use as a guideline to accurately measure project success.
Is this the same as a Scope of Work?
Hi Alice, thanks for watching and for your question. The Scope of Work is a detailed account of what is going to be done. The Scope Statement is a summary of the project and what you will be doing. Hope this helps, cheers!
