When you've beein voicing the same character for over 15 years, you've pretty much mastered every quirk about them. But even then, you still need good voice direction to really bring the character to life. But even with bad direction, if it's a character you're very familiar with, you can make the most out of a bad situation.

Aside from getting either an Anti-Sora costume or having Roxas as an alt, my biggest want for Sora was for him to have his KH1 voice. Haley was legitimately a kid in school when he voiced Sora for the first time (he stated in interviews that he'd rush to complete his homework before they picked him up and brought him to the studio to record lines), so it sounded natural for a 14 year old boy to have that kind of high-pitched tone. Really wished they could've found a way to dig through KH1 for lines from his younger self.

I honestly do see a bit of a missed opportunity though, because Sora couldve been the second character to “change voice clips in alternate costumes while still being the same person”, the first and only is Ike. Didnt think that would be a thing, I thought they were just the same as the others i honestly do think the KH2 Sora voice mod could be improved a bit. I also totally get why DDD Sora isnt here since he is really the one who has the voice they should.
You can technically still have Sora screaming for regular KO and star KO voice lines for the KH3 versions. regular KO: HP at 0 scream Star KO: When he gets yeeted by Flynn and Rapunzel from their Situation Command

Love the scherzo di notte variations from the different games. I'm aware this is about the voices. But adding my favorite theme in general plus it's variations made the experience better:). Underated and heavily unrecognized theme :)

Not to disrespect the hard work that went into all of this, but Dream Drop Distance Sora honestly has my favorite voice clips, I'm glad that's what Nintendo ended up going with for the official release! Either way, this is still a really cool mod!

True nerds of the game would know I'm sure, but fun fact for those who didn't know, in original KH2 Timeless River had the Film Grain voice filter which was correct, however the ReMix collections had the Bit Crushed filter which sounded bad and grating to the ear. I guess to make it sound more authentic, but it already did so it always bothered me. The fact that it's correct in this mod makes me happy.
After seeing/playing KH1 Sora with his younger voice, the deeper one just doesn't feel right for his KH1 skin anymore EDIT: Oh my God you added the Smash 4 victory announcement too I always thought "The winner is...[character]!" was way better than [character]...wins!"
