- Chris Berman and Tom Jackson host ESPN NFL Primetime for NFL Championship Sunday, where Kurt Warner, Larry Fitzgerald and the Arizona Cardinals defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 32-25, while Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated Ray Lewis, Ed Reed Baltimore Ravens 23-14.
Arizona built up an 18-point halftime lead, but had to fight off an Eagles comeback attempt to earn their first conference championship and Super Bowl appearance in franchise history. Arizona also became the second team ever to make it to the Super Bowl with a 9-7 record, joining the 1979 Los Angeles Rams. Arizona also became the first #4 seed to host a conference championship game.
Pittsburgh held the Ravens to 184 yards and forced five turnovers, including three in the last 3:13 of the game, en route to their seventh Super Bowl appearance in franchise history. Baltimore became the third consecutive road team (Pittsburgh was the last to win it), and the 11th out of 19 since the 1990 season, to lose the AFC title game and thus unable to duplicate their success in 2000 as a wild card team advancing to the Super Bowl.

I was in college when this happened. I really wanted the Cardinals to win, Especially for Larry Fitzgerald!
This is one of the greatest moments in Arizona sports history. Dude your comment is kinda funny because it kinda perfectly sums up how crazy this whole thing was at it happened. It literally came out of nowhere! And it all happened so quickly, Warner and Fitz were like a supernova. Can't wait to get back with Kyler and Larry. He deserves to go out on top with a ring with the only team he has ever been on
