It depends on your level, aquatic temple is the fastest way to grind gregg if you reset before the bridge to second boss. If you're looking for materials you have to do the dungeon for that material, the dungeon you do depends on your level, and how fast it is. I'll probably make a video soon with my tips for gregg grinding and how I did it.
