- Video Number 2 of the bardo build. This is a 40x100 Barndo. It’s 17ft sidewalls and hopefully fit the whole family. Rough plumbing is in now we have to get the floor insulation and pex done before concrete.

Nice to see you, John. It wont take long, have you ordered your windows yet? I am currently sitting at 12 weeks from order to predicted delivery date. that might be the biggest hassle for you. Garage doors have been a bit late too. I have no idea if you want to wire in a stand-by generator panel and system, but those are on a killer wait list too, here where I am.
Everything else is looking alright, they take time. Do you have a restroom right near the garage? That is the one thing I would change if I had to do it again, taking shoes off for the 2 minutes in there sucks when you are trying to get work done.

It won't be the last time you have calves in the house if you guys have cows.... we have had calves (bottle babies) in the house several times over the years. It's looking good it will all work out in the end but very stressful now. Stay sane

You call it a barnomidium, then act surprised to find cows in it 😇 I'm surprised you're burying your plumbing under concrete. Nothing more fun than tearing up a floor and jackhammering inside a house. Looks nice so far, and smart idea with the blackwater/snake access.

Looks great John. We are really close to getting our occupancy approval on our modular. So wishing we would have went with a Barndominium.
Order your electrical service ASAP. Transformers are in short supply... We may be running on a generator until February because of the back-log in supply chain.
