For tomato paste - line tray with parchment paper then portion out your tomato paste in 1 or 2 tablespoons portions on the parchment paper and put the tray in the freezer. When they are frozen solid pop the portions off the parchment paper and keep in a freezer bag and thaw out as needed!

Hello!! I am so glad you found me! I love that bean recipe for that very reason! I would always go to make beans for something and remember that I was supposed to soak them! I hope they turn out for you!! Sometimes I have to add a little extra time if they aren't as soft as I want them❤
