Yes, all we need is some babysitters at schools. No teachers. Since kids learn everything through play. Writing, reading, calculating, science-knowledge all come, only and exclusively, through actual teaching, in actual classrooms, by actual teachers in actual schools. You acquire a skill in only 1 way: practice. Of course children learn how to socialize through play and how to communicate with peers, solve small conflicts, but to say learning through play is the be all end all is an abomination.
You can make any learning activity a game... you can teach any concept through play if you open your mind to that. It is literally the goal of many of todays curriculums...
