Use pride and to A-21 to A-100 hide only using tables or safe spot To A-100 to A-200 if A-120 only hide when A-120 is coming A-200 to A-300 A-250 is pure RNG only hide under the tables
if you take damage during the hiding animation, it takes stamina instead. (does not apply to a-120 or a-200, they will always instantly kill) you can time going into a locker perfectly to gain 50 stamina and 15 health. stamina from perfectly timed locker entrances can go over the cap of 100 stamina, but only if you are at max hp. also a-50 damages you 2x faster but who cares lmaaoooo

to awnser your second question, it is a Night vision goggles, you get it by reaching A-1000.
and to awnser ur first question, he uses the charm "Pride", it makes tables safer.

While having the pride charm, you instead of loosing hp loose stamina while hiding under tables.

Both scribbles don't spawn darkness before A-500 so it's fine
