Gurgaon is newly built city. But its drainage and flood management system are worst. I stayed in gurgaon, when rains heavily its drowned in it. What surprising is i was living in posh area of gurgaon and during first rain whole sector got drowned. Underpass in golf course road, honda chowk got fill till rim.. which is quite astonishing. Since both were built in front of my eyes... You can imagine the level of realistic planning.
NOIDA IS NOW INDIA'S TOP TECH CITY
Chandigarh is the best planned city.
Kanpur is well deloped city. Areas are decided in LIG, MIG, HIG and bellow poverty line free houses.
