【4K】WALK Lighthouse JOSE IGNACIO Uruguay 4k video TRAVEL vlog
January 2021 and summer has arrived in this southern Country. This travel vlogger is 4k walking in José Ignacio, Uruguay. This is a town some 40 kilometers east of Punta del Este. It used to be a fishermen town but it became a luxurious but calm and easy going town around its lighthouse. Very nice houses, fine restaurants and a safe and quiet atmosphere are very attractive for high class vacation houses. To one house of the lighthouse you can find the Brava Beach (usually with more important waves and windier) and to the house the Mansa Beach, where the sea is calmer and it is not as windy. There are important attractions (very fine restaurants and resorts) on both sides.
Anyway this is a weird vacation time this year! Tourism from abroad has not been allowed in the country since mid December, so most people are from Uruguay. In a normal year this luxury place is crowded with tourists from Argentina, Brazil and from all over the world, not only from South America! You can feel it is not crowded and you have the beach for yourself. We enjoyed this 4k hdr town and beach walk and we hope you will like this virtual walk on our slow tv travel vlog. This is a very special summer! Uruguayans from everywhere in the country, specially from Montevideo and the Maldonado departments is what you mostly will find this year, at least at the beginning of the season! A top destination in Latin America you have to visit!

Las costas de Uruguay facilmente podrian pasar por alguna ciudad californiana como Santa Monica, Santa Barbara o San Diego.
Si no me dicen que es Uruguay, facilmente diría que es algun lugar de California. Ah bueno, eso sí, si escucho a alguien hablando español con acento uruguayo, pues ni modo, es suramerica HAHAHA

@@4KWALK Esto es mucho mejor que California, olvidate. Malibu, mansiones encerradas tras portones, no se ve nada y una playa de 4 metros. Lo que tienen muy bueno es la Pacific Coast highway que une Los Angeles-SanFrancisco. Conducir sobre el mar por horas. Para el canal Drive.

@@4KWALK La camiseta uruguaya alguna vez fue azul. Como las franjas de la bandera. Pero tuvimos que copiarle el celeste a la bandera argentina.
y ni hablar que elegimos ser celestes como una camiseta de futbol en lugar de ser azules como nuestra bandera. Dice muchas cosas...

Gracias por otro buenisimo tour! Las casas de lujo son re impresionantes. Me parecia que por lo menos una casa tenia dos livings, una al aire libre. Tambien vi una casa que tenia una pileta con algo flotando en el agua....parecia una almohada, pero no se lo que era...pero lo que si se...es que esa gente tiene mas guita que yo, jajaja. Gracias!

@@4KWALK Jaja que bueno! A veces necesitamos humor para desahorgarnos.
Aunque yo tenga mas guita que vos, el clima es mas agradable donde vivis: aca en Chicago, esta nevando mucho. Segun el pronostico, vamos a recibir 25 centimetros en 24 horas.
Pero por suerte no hace -30 grados centigrado como en enero de 2019.
Siempre podria ser peor, jaja

Looks like you can easily walk inside a waterfront mansion, while almost every house in the capital has bars on every opening or some Johannesburg-tier electric fence.
It is a quiet and pretty safe place

En Rocha derribaron casas porque estaban sobre la playa y aquí dejaron que las casas invadan la playa y las rocas, porque motivo? La plata, el 99 % de los uruguayos no pueden veranear ahí.
Según entiendo (pero puedo estar equivocado) las casas que derribaron estaban sobre terrenos tomados a diferencia de estas que están en terrenos que son privados.
@@4KWALK Son terrenos sobre la playa, lo que sucedió es que la intendencia "los vendió" no se respetaron los límites de la playa, y en Rocha muchas de las casas eran de los primeros habitantes PESCADORES, igual así las derribaron, todo es avaricia, el encanto de Rocha eran esos ranchos de pescadores.
Siempre los intereses …
Porque es otro departamento y tiene otras teclas ...
Pero en las playas no se puede construir y no se pueden privatizar en Uruguay,pero si cuando termina la playa ...
En Rocha literalmente estaban en la playa ,pero acá están bien en el límite
Parece todo a medio hacer como que le falta terminación edilicia 😕
