From The Ashes: Time To Grieve... by Westley Nash

This is the first & very last time I shall tell the story of my fathers untimely passing from Heart Failure in June 2016. I felt that it needed to be told & what better way to do it than to recount my own journey towards recovery from that dark time in my life.
