What if the lights don’t flash but the head still comes down?

If the head motor moves after jumping those pins it's typically the motor but if you jump the pins nothing moves and lights all illuminate I've found it to be a logic board issue. Really depends on revision as well as some revisions have two boards while this version I was looking at in the video was the singular board that controls everything at the end of the day running through this with Hillrom tech support is always your best call
