Wanja, i know you. Smart, brilliant girl. We attended Kiriti primary. I kmow all of your siblings.I am same age with your small bro Alex and we were in the same grade.
I watch a lot of Kenya stories on utube here in SA. I was just scrolling and recognised your face even before i saw your name.
Am sorry to hear what you've been thru'.
You are courageous and strong.
You will be alright with God on your side.
God forgive me in many ways I have judged people without hearing their story.
"You can get sober; but as long as you have not dealt with the things that caused you to be that way you're not free yet." Thank you for sharing your story and inspiring the world!
Thank you so much 🙏
Thank you for speaking on behalf of soo many women out there. You are a blessing
Thanks dear for sharing your story. Our God is a God of second chance. Its well dear.
Thank God you went to rehab in America. Here in Kenya I hear it's something else 😮
I want to tell you that it wasn't your fault that you were raped. You went there to console him, we have no control over what people can do to us but we have control over what we do to others. I thank God for healing you. You have made me understand a friend who was abusing alcohol, she had explained to me what had happened to her but I didn't understand why she was abusing alcohol.
Amazing Iron lady.....
Such an inspiration 😊
Thank you so much 🙏
Its very unfortunate you went to help only to get the shock of the year. Never ever trust any gentleman may b your own bro n even some r soo Evil

@@SharedMomentswithJustus music to my ears
Hello Justus! Watching from Zambia.
Hi Janet. Welcome back! Part two is tonight
Why were you ignoring red flags
Unfortunately am witnessing the same alcoho problems with my roomate, she goes out every weekend, drinks herself to madness, her friends have left her in clubs several times and she had to pay the bills, they at times bang the door very early like 5am, to let her in coz they cant find her keys, they literally push her in like a dog and leave without saying a word coz am always there to open e door, men have slept with here and there
Even on a normal day she has men over so i think she is selling. She stumbles through the room to her bed pulling down all curtains shouting abusing her friends laughing, she always gets out to pee outside even if u try to stop her she insists n being the i be going to work in like an hour i just let her do her thing only yo see her coming back with her dress up to her belly button she pees on herself cant mange to take off her knicker....
We live in a country where alcohol misuse is not tolerated at all in public spaces Unit Arab Emirates. People are always quiet here, no hulliganism, just my roomate will be shouting and stumbling outside every weekend. We fear we might get evicted and loose money coz we wld have breached e house contract . Am 1 more weekend away from throwing her out really...she is putting herself at risk and us. Police can just come one day over something she has done. She has a stable job as a nanny during day, she has lost one engagement to a fellow kenyan man last year😢 what can i say...its sad that she is also kenyan.
Have you tried to have a friendly talk with her? The drinking is just a manifestation of the pain she is going through.
@@theissuesinourtissues4314 i have talked to her since she moved in with me, and she always says am right but goes back to her ways e next weekend, last Saturday i had a long talk with here coz she had to break e door to go for her exam and i had no idea she dint have her bag when she came home drunk, so i just locked up and went to work...as usual, she cried...i eve tell her about her son back in kenya, about God and she seems to get it untill she makes that call and says pombe pombe, she has kenyan friends who do the same things...i dont know what to tell her anymore.
That's sad....very heartbreaking loosing it in a foreign land.
@@kutesamanka5525 you need to move. An alcoholic drags people with them
@@PuppyWorld123 thank you. But i rented out the room, i made the contract, so ill just tell her to pack out. I gave her an ultimatum to behave differently or leave the next time it happens. Luckily here the laws are direct and strict
Deep
Thank you 🙏
How can I share my story??
Hi Naomy. Send a brief of your story to our email sharedmoments.tv@gmail.com or to WhatsApp number +254703372553
Was the rapist arrested?
Never
Did u report to any police station
I just didn't know all those details of reporting them days. Literally it's not an idea that even crossed my mind.
I really hope the rapist listened to all this.
