    Tokelau adopted the Fatele from Tuvaluan influence/culture. They have made it their own style.

      Been too alot of Tokelau and Tuvalu weddings thur friends.
      Yes i was told the same thing.
      I notice there are differences the drumming on the tin is different. Also the singing and the build up is not the same, like if you seen enough of them you know the different.
      There are afew fatele you can tell the a direct version from Tuvalu from the chanting style but most time the do it in their own unique style.
