I think the judges were not used to see this quality of performance in everything (body and apparatus skill) and that's the reason they give her that low score. For me she had to be on higher on podium

totally agree with you~ to be honest, I think this is her best clubs routine in her career (together with the one in 2008)

Is it possible that her difficulty score only 7.9 here?? Lots of variations and accuracies she showed here.. >.
