It's nice to see a mm video from you again! Although Darkfall has been revamped (enlarged by 2-3 times idk) its core essence still remains, which is how easily inno might get ambushed. Hypixel did make an attempt to fix this map, but imo this revamp only add some small inconveniences for murder in finishing phase, inno/det still suffer from the threat of getting backstabbed. Yes, it still remains one of the least favourite map, in both inno and mur side.
7:32 I think what you meant to say is "lack of safe zones" - places you can't easily be ambushed. Most maps have a few spots where you can't get ambushed, but with so many openings, it's incredibly easy for the murderer to sneak up on people without any counterplay. Imo there's also too many obstacles, most maps have clean layouts whereas this version has a lot of "clutter" that you tend to trip over/get slowed down by, like bushes and fences. Definitely has more pathing opportunities and overall is an upgrade from the OG, but still has room for improvement, I agree with you there.
Yeahh you explained it better than I could xD It's an improvement, but there's definitely a fair amount of things they've gotta spruce up before it'll be an actual good map imo
