That is highly most likely plus I can admit Nightmare can handle himself since he had no problems destroying the old portal he was making and then single handed destroyed Security plus while enraged nightmare Bonnie and Chica immediately backed away knowing he could destroy them if he wanted to

Im curious, what happened to twisted chica and foxy? We haven't seen them ever since Bryan died in season 2.
We don’t know, it’s kinda left up to interpretation, cause Nightmare says their dead in the episode where Shadow Bonnie got kidnapped, but, unless he got told that by Glitchtrap, or gunned for them himself he wouldn’t know
But, to be fair, the thought of Glitchtrap telling him that, and them not being dead is funny, but the thought of Glitchtrap, stopping his secret evil plans to kill them is funnier to me
