no season 4 took place after the wonderland events but they never explained why Will went back to storybrooke so I don't know, also the Victorian England is a realm not a period of time just like Cruella's realm, also Hyde and Jykll came from the Victorian England realm
I'm of the option that all these scenes happen before OUAT in Wonderland, despite this season coming out after that series' final episode. Mostly because both shows are known for their flashbacks in future episodes. This season for Will could have just been a flashback before the first episode of OUAT in Wonderland, hence no flashbacks of Will in Storybrooke in the spin-off series. Almost everything fits together if you think of it that way. It would also explain Will's sudden disappearance for the main series. Though there are some plot holes in this theory
The timeline with ouat in wonderland does not make any sense. This must be before ouat in wonderland. Will still has that sad look in his eyes that he did before marrying Anastasia. It would make sense that he and Belle just rebounded while they waited on their true partners. True loves kiss.
